What size am I?
We’ve provided a sizing guide to make it easier for you, but our recommendation is to purchase the same size you normally would in underwear. If you're in-between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
If you’re worried about sizing given the compressive nature of the underwear, please try them on over the top of another pair of clean underwear, just in case you do want to exchange for a different size.
ACTIVE VS EVERYDAY
What is the difference between the Active and Everyday styles?
The Active styles have the camel toe-tech built in – they’re intended for when you’re in the gym, studio or just want/need the extra protection.
The Everyday styles do not have the camel toe-tech built in and are not camel toe-proof. These are your everyday underwear for work, shopping,
lazing on the couch etc., when you don’t need/want the protection.
ORDERING
I made a mistake with my order, what do I do?
It happens, we get it. Contact us straight away at hello@posyintimates.com to let us know what has happened, and if we can catch it in time (i.e. before it’s dispatched), then we can fix it. Unfortunately, if it’s already left the building, we can assist you with making an exchange once you’ve received it.
What if an item is out of stock?
We try and replenish our stock as quick as we can, but we refuse to compromise on quality when it comes to our products.
Couple that with our lack of a reliable crystal ball and from time-to-time we will unfortunately run out of stock.
We know you’re active, we know you needed it yesterday, so when something is out of stock it will automatically go on pre-order. You will be notified of this as the standard "Add to Cart" button will change to a Pre-Order button and let you know the rough timeline until that product is replenished.
What is Pre-Order?
When we run out of a certain product, it will automatically move to pre-order and let you know a rough timeline until we're replenished in that product.
You will be notified of this in several ways: the standard "Add to Cart" button will change to a "Pre-Order" button and there will be an oversold text in your cart and when you checkout.
If your order contains products both in stock and on pre-order, we will ship the in-stock products straight away and then ship the pre-order pairs once received.
We always have orders placed with our manufacturers, so the wait time is never more than a few weeks. In the rare chance that there is an issue, we will get in contact with you directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the standard ones – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange?
Wrong size? Wrong colour? It happens! However, given the nature of our business, you’ll appreciate that we have to have very strict hygiene requirements. We can only exchange items that are unworn and in the condition you received them in, with the hygiene liner undisturbed.
If you’re worried about sizing given the compressive nature of the underwear, please try them on over the top of another pair of clean underwear.
Our team inspects each returned item to ensure it meets those strict hygiene requirements, and we reserve the right to refuse your exchange if the above requirements aren’t met.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your bundle of joy.
Australian returns will incur a fee of $9.95, and we will cover the cost of reshipping.
International return fees vary based on country of origin.
Can I get a refund?
We thought long and hard about this. Most other companies are a flat-out no. And in the end, we don’t want to be most other companies – we want to be POSY! And look, we get it, you’re taking a chance on a new brand and product. At the end of the day, that’s a risk we all take, but we want to make doing business with us as easy as possible. If for some reason you’re not satisfied with the material or fit when you try it on (over the top of another pair of clean underwear), then we’ll naturally be upset, but we will provide you with a refund.

What shipping options do you offer domestically and how long does it take?
We get it, you want to get your sweat on and feel comfortable and confident! With this in mind, we have two domestic options:
Standard Shipping
Flat rate of $9.95 or free for orders over $100.
Metro: 2-5 days.
Regional: 3-8 days.
Express Shipping
Flat rate of $14.95.
Metro: 1-2 days.
Regional: 2-4 days.
Unfortunately, we can’t control if your postie takes a sickie or is on strike, so the above shipping times are only a guide.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We want to share the love if we can and also share our products with active lovers in other countries. To make it easier, we have flat international shipping rates through Australia Post(AUD):
New Zealand: $12 - 4 to 7 days
Asia: $15 - 4 to 9 days
USA/Canada: $18 - 5 to 9 days
UK/Europe: $18 - 8 to 12 days
Rest of the World: $20 - 11 to 17 days
Please note, any customs duties or taxes levied on import are the responsibility of the customer.

How long are the Posy Gift Cards valid for?
Your slice of heaven (well, virtual slice) is valid for 24 months from date of purchase.
WASHING & CARE
How to love me - washing instructions:
I can be a little firm when I come out of my pouch, so before you wear me, please wash me per the below instructions.
Please only wash me on a cold, gentle setting, and only with mild detergents too. And please, no fabric softeners – they will shorten our time together. After washing, air dry me straight away. And finally, like everything, only wash me with like colours.

This is a space for past designs as we continue to refine and improving our range.
Rather than blend older versions into our current stock, we keep things clear – if we update a design, the old style goes into
the Archive.
We’ll always call out what the old design difference is too.
